工作温度范围为-40~+85℃,或者-40~+105℃。这里有必要解释一下: 并非汽车上使用到的所有晶振都严格要求为车规级,像引擎部位对晶振的工作温度就有极为严格的要求,工作温度必须满足-40~125℃,甚至-40~150℃。而汽车音响,行车记录仪等电子设备则对晶振工作温度范围并没有很高的指标。一般来说,汽车设计寿命在15年左右,因此对车规级晶振的工作寿命要求不能低于这个数字。
