IQD晶振旗下的IQXT-200和IQXT-210 温补晶振TCXO现在提供-40至105°C的扩展工作温度范围,具有异常紧密的稳定性。这种宽温度范围特别适用于暴露在极端环境和高温下的应用,例如消防员,石油和天然气行业以及物联网的便携式无线电系统。然而,不仅环境温度需要振荡器高达105°C,而且在外壳应用中放置在振荡器附近的其他组件的自加热也需要振荡器。
IQXT-200采用7.0 x 5.0 mm封装,在此宽温度范围内稳定性为±50 ppb或±280 ppb。IQXT-210采用较小的5.0 x 3.2 mm封装,现在可在-40至105°C范围内提供±280 ppb的稳定性。四个可用的标准频率是10.0 MHz, 19.2 MHz, 20.0 MHz和38.88 MHz,但可根据要求提供其他频率。
电流消耗比标准OCXO晶振低90%
两种型号都指定具有3.3 V供电电压和HCMOS输出,而最大电流仅为10 mA。这些TCXO晶振的当前功耗比可比的标准OCXO晶振低90%。此外,由于技术功能,OCXO晶振无法在-40至105°C的扩展温度范围内提供。这就是为什么IQXT-200和IQXO-210为极端温度条件下的应用提供理想的解决方案,在这些条件下,严格的稳定性是必不可少的。
这些振荡器还可以指定包括±8ppm min的拉范围,其频率可以通过各种应用的固定数量进行调整,这也允许远程应用。
IQXT-200和IQXT-210主要用于通信和物联网应用。凭借严格的稳定性,它们为小型蜂窝、光纤网络(PON)、网络路由器和交换机、5G基站、回程基础设施、Wi-Fi和各种其他类型的通信等应用确保了稳定的时序。
这两种型号都符合RoHS标准,回流焊兼容,并提供磁带和卷轴。
