高清电视(HDTV)是继彩色电视之后视频广播领域最重大的突破。它通过提供比模拟广播视频更多细节和清晰度的更宽的图像来增强观看体验。
高清已经在全球范围内崭露头角。2006年初,高清广播在12个国家播出:美国、加拿大、日本、澳大利亚、韩国、中国、德国和奥地利,以及北欧市场(瑞典、芬兰、丹麦和挪威)。到2005年底,美国有1900万户家庭拥有高清电视机(占电视家庭总数的17%),其中1100万户家庭观看高清广播。与此同时,14%(670万)的日本家庭拥有高清电视。
在全球范围内,到2010年底,高清家庭的数量预计将达到1.74亿,占电视家庭的22%。这一数字在美国为59%,在日本为66%,在西欧为30%。北美的特点是美国的模拟截止时间为2009年2月17日,而拉丁美洲目前是DTT(数字地面电视)标准的开放市场;尽管如此,预计在未来几个月内将作出决定,开始为这一地区增加定义。大多数预测都是基于TV House Hold数字,以及对模拟截止时间的预期得出的。
高清电视的基本原理常见问题
高清电视的基本概念是在保持投影尺寸的情况下,通过提供更高的分辨率来提高清晰度。(增加像素数)。
大多数提议的模拟和数字高清电视系统都在朝着水平和垂直像素增加大约100%的方向努力。(提案大约每帧1mb,大约1000行乘1000个水平点)。这通常会导致垂直和水平油田方面的两到三倍的改善。大多数HDTV提案还将宽高比从4/3改为16/9,使图像与影院标准兼容。
CTS晶振如何支援高清电视广播设备?
随着高分辨率视频点播(VOD)和视频互联网协议(IP)应用需求的增长,设备制造商需要高频参考vcxo和时钟振荡器来加密和解码高分辨率视频数据包。这种频率源的精度范围从+/-50PPM到+/-25PPM,在12KHz至20MHz带宽范围内具有<1pS RMS的极低噪声抖动性能。所需的两个最常见频率是74.250 MHz和74.1258MHz或其倍数(频率可能根据每个设备制造商使用的设计方法而变化)。
